Mines came broken, the colors were all over the place, and the box was even broken. Did your 120 Eyeshadow Palette came broken and did they give you a refund?
WOW that sounds horrible! I was praying that mine would reach me safely and it did. None of the colors were broken. If it says on the site from where you got the palette that they will give you a refund or a replacement then I would go for that. If not, well that sucks.
