I've been trying to find one for a long time. I can't seem to find one? It needs to be in the us please. Where do I buy Neon Eyeshadow Palletes?

claires accessories has some great neon palletes and its cheap but excellent quality





maxfactor has a vivid impact eyeshadow in nice neon purples etc





L'oréal HIP eyeshadows are in gorgeous bright colours (come in duos) and long lasting (which makes that brilliant cos if you're anything like me i only like to apply once) :D





oh and flicking thru teen vogue covergirl has a new collection called blast collection eye enhancers that come in a palette of four in AMAZING neon colours

Kryolan is a great quality makeup. Their US office/co is in San Fran, CA

Also, xsparkage on YouTube has used some great neon shadows palettes from them. Look at her tutorials!
Try Mark. It's a younger version of Avon and their website has a lot of eyeshadows that you can customize into your own pallete. I don't know about neon, but they do have some very BRIGHT shades of blues, pinks, greens, and even yellows.

Kryolon, has some of the brightest makeup out there, they have a UV pallet with extreme neon colors, you can buy it on ebay.
it depends where in the us... in los angeles area there is naimies, frends, cinema secrets... those are all makeup stores that i went to for special fx makeup school and i know they have that stuf

You can also try MAC. they always have bright colors.
Try Punjabi's which you can find a locar retailer at any market in India.
Try HIP (High Intensity Pigments) You can find them at your local drug store. The colors are so bright and full.
Anywhere.you can even find them at walmart.
