Check CoverGirl out.They have neon green,and one called gold sizzle that is really bright.Both are in the Blast line,they have alot more than I listed.Where can i get neon colored eyeshadow cheap?
I'm going to agree with Erin, the Loreal Hip Pigments are amazing. That's about the cheapest you can go on quality eyeshadows. Especially for bright colored ones. It's good quality, and a lot of shadow comes in the little jar... so it lasts a long time. I still have the purple one that I bought back in 2007. =)Where can i get neon colored eyeshadow cheap?
I agree with L'Oreal HIP.
If you have a FAVORITE color and want to splurge, google LimeCrime makeup. It's a little pricey but WHOA the colors are stunning! Also, another splurge for a color or two you may adore is Make Up Forever shadows. They are neon. REALLY.
Check out L'Oreal HIP make-up, they have powder pure pigments (it comes in a little jar, sort of like mineral make-up %26amp; a little brush). They come in all neon colors %26amp; stay on for HOURS on end. Each color is about $10 but I know at CVS %26amp; Rite Aid they always have them for buy one get one free - also at Ulta.com which is an awesome make-up site.
