If you go on myspace, there are plenty of makeup groups where people post tutorials or their makeup. One in particular is called Beh's cosmetics.
A very useful site is www.specktra.net where they do product reviews, tutorials, collections, and everything to do with makeup! This is my favorite site.
On YouTube, you can look for EnKore Makeup, Pursebuzz, and then you can be linked to their friends who all do tutorials.
www.pursebuzz.com is also a useful website.
