well idunno about ';fofundatyion'; but i mean i used UDPP and Too Faced Shadow Insurance...and the Too Faced is really good and when i ran out...i started using NYX concealer...that works just like Too Faced...try using a concealer stick

you need whats called an eye concealer.
I'm guessing it wouldn't hurt. I would also suggest thinking about using the liquid eyeshadow or the kind that is just like cream with color.
