Try some of the shades with L'Oreal High Intensity Pigments (the HIP line). I'm a fan of their Moxie color lipstick and always look at their eyeshadows too.

like walgreens, target and walmart have a lot


of different varieties of different palettes.

I was in Walmart the other day and I believe Max Factor had some neon colors that are really pretty. I think they came in trios.
GOSH cosmetics have pretty vibrant colours and they have neon colour products
