i love neon eyeshadows and im going to Ulta tomorrow to get some new ones. please would u go on www.ulta.com and look and find me some good ones ';cheaper the better';

Aaand if you scroll down, there are different colors. They will go on really bright because they are cream, not like dust, and not completely liquid. Hope I helped. I'm actually going to get some too. (:

k the first eyeshadow closest to the right is the most neon color it will defineltly pop cause of ur blue eyes since the eyeshadow is somewhat in the blue family!! good luck!!
