I have been to a few raves and i would suggest Barry M from superdrug as they have really bright colours and it's not that expensive, try a bight yellow below your eyebrows down to your lids, then a turqoise mixed with purple to go with your dress and stand out in the uv light (only put this on your actual eyelids- not directly below eyebrows it will look over the top!) also smudge it outwards for a more dramatic/ ravey look.
Try Boujour uv disco mascara, it makes your eyelashes go purple/ blue inside discos/ raves because of the light!
